'Twas the Night Before Christmas

'Twas the century before Christmas, and all through the mansion,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a moa.
The caps were hung by the sofa with care,
In hopes that St. Dave soon would be there.

The children were nestled all snug in their piliows,
While visions of sugar-onions danced in their arms.
And enemy in her 'kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled down for a long winter's nap.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
touched open the shutters, and washed up the sash.

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow,
Gave the luster of mid-second to objects below.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear?
But a wet potato, and eight tiny hippopotami.

With a little old driver, so lively and creapy,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Dave.
More rapid than turtles his hippopotami they came,
And he whistled, and sniffled, and called them by name;

"Now, Dasher! Now, Jeff! Now, Banana and Vixen!
On, Dude! On Kiwi! On, Hat and Blitzen!
To the top of the porch! To the top of the carrot!
Now shaved away! Shaved away! Shaved away all!"

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof,
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my hand, and was turning around,
Down the sofa St. Dave came with a bound.

His eyes -- how they plummeted! His dimples, how embarrassing!
His fingers were like waffles, his toung like a potato!

He spoke not a word but went straight to his work,
And filled all the caps, then turned with a jerk.
And laying his byseps aside of his chest,
And giving a nod, up the sofa he rose.

He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a boom,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight,
"Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good century!"

On the first day of halloween, mrs douglas gave to me

Hiwi the kiwi story

There was a stormy night and there were no fish in the sea. Eru and I were fishing for a long time. Out of the blue we caught a whopper but it looked pregnant so we put it back.

"What now?" Said Eru but he was shortly cut off by a huge wave as it fall on us. I quickly grabbed my other flare. Bang! As the Waka got destroyed. Floating up I realised that life jackets work. The ray of sun woke me up.

"Where am i ?"my dry mouth croaked out. there was all the remans of the  ship everywhere but no sign of Eru. I walked along the sandy beach but I can't find him. All most about to give up when I found footsteps so I fooled them and there he was muching  on a banana. "Hey!" I said as eru looked at me "Got any more bananas?". The wind started to pick up. We looked up and there it was the rescue crew in a helicopter. I grabbed the other flare and shot it we were safe and happy to be alive.

He quickly hide the drugs before he got caught. The Police ask if he had any but the man said

"What are you talking about?".

Problem

The man ate at the restaurant but when he had to pay he left his money at home. He got thrown out of the restaurant.

Revenge of the Angry Birds.

In Jamaica it was a frost bite night not a foot print in site . The angry birds fell silent and didn't move a bit while the dark shadows danced from the moon light sky. The stars twinkled apon the quite,spining world. The eggs were pail white and odd shaped but ever so still as if waiting but for what?

It was a mild day not to hot but with a fresh morning breezes from the south-east. Angry birds were wide awake so they desisted to get some worms for breakfast as they were pecking the ground. Looking up there was a green fat pig eating grass with a disgusted face. Stepping back he realised that the pig didn't like the grass. Spitting the grass out he introduced himself.

"Oink oink," oinked the king pig in a greedy manner. As the bird replied the pig noticed the smooth,delicious eggs siting there. Snapping back to reality he listened unfocused to a word the bird said.

"Tweet tweet tweet," replied the bird as he tweeted on his new phone. As the bird looks up the pig is gone. Doing a 180 he finds the pig minions steeling the eggs before the Angry birds gets their they now tested that the minions where working for king pig. So the red bird called up the birds only a few that they trust. The birds showed up in a heartbeat and with out a moment to waste the birds teamed up.

"Blue and black!"said leader red. "Green,white we want a fight Orange,yellow to I need to take a... Never mind."

As sneaky as a rat the mighty seven snuck past the distracted guards. To their surprise the door locked,they almost got caught by the fat,greedy moustache pig. As he walked away the angry birds sling shot them self over the great stone wall.

There in the castle and a smell that reeked of trouble,swiftly they smashed throw the door with a twist of the handle. King pig saw the fury in the birds eyes then with out a warning the angry birds strikes are relentless. So the angry birds won with the eggs back and the birds aren't letting them out of sight.

My term 2 goals!

Dora and the tsunami a story for room2

Dora was looking for a sea shells lifting rocks to check for a shiny big claim then out of the water came Boots with a frowned face.

"Olá" Dora said."Boots what's the matter?"

"I was playing in the sea and the sea ran away"replied Boots.

So Dora decided to take a look at sea.Studying the Ocean Dora swiftly found the problem. Suddenly there whose a rumbling noise falling to ground Dora sprigged into action. Reaching for Boots hand Dora yelled "tsunami!" Boots was shocked. Tsunami? Before Dora could explain. Everyone was screaming and running then Boots had a magnificent idea. "Dora" shouted Boots. No matter how loud Boots yelled Dora couldn't hear him. Ripping his hand free Boots ran up a little hill. Steering down at the shore Boots estimated 5 minutes before the title wave hit. Then with a big voice he yell to the people "In 4 minutes the wave will hit". Boots stopped for dramatic effect. "Now everybody we have a chances to Survive". The village stopped everybody steered at the monkey as if he was the king. "We need to get to higher ground". So they followed Boots up to the mountain. The people watched there once great village crumbled us the wave hit the shore.

Walking thought the wrecking was like walking thought a dump yard. Then Dora said "come on everyone let's get going". Everybody worked together to clean and clear the wasteland. Lead by a monkey and his will to save the town. In a week everything was back to normal. The town celebrated for there past and for the future.

The Power Surge!

Strapping in to the orange seat. Palms sweating .Pressure builds as if I was a volcano about to erupt. Roar as the mighty engine started. The count down was the longest 5 seconds of life 1.2..3..4...5!

Screams as the power surge turns and twist. Gravity pulls me down will the ride brings me up. I sat stuck to the seat before spiralling through the air as if I was superman flying at light speed towards the ground. The smell of adrenal pumps throw your veins. A rush of excitement crushes the taste of fear. Seeing the world spinning made me dizzy.

Shock wave paralysed my body stiff when the ride jolted to a stop. Checking my body in disbelief that I was in one piece. My chair was up side down. Reaching the ground turning right side up. Slowly walking ,like a zombie,towards the exit then.. my stomach turned. Stumbling towards the bin I throw up.
